Operations Specialist
We currently have available an excellent opportunity for an Operations Specialist to work with our Operations Manager to contribute to the continued success of the store.
This is a full-time role in our James Street, Brisbane stockroom commencing November 2021.

As Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the back of house operations of the boutique – all things stock related as well as e-commerce, marketing, logistics and email communication.
This is a busy and varied role with expected tasks including:
- Responsible for all stock related duties including entering stock into POS system, conducting regular stocktakes and maintaining upkeep of stockroom
- Oversee e-commerce store including uploading all products, imagery and descriptions
- Manage logistics of international and domestic shipping
- Update website with imagery and blog posts weekly
- Liaise with suppliers via email
- Assist with seasonal buying and planning
- Responsible for product RAs including repairs and returns
- Prepare and schedule multiple eDMs per week using Campaign Monitor
- Manage ordering of store supplies, packaging and stationery
- Provide support to the boutique team where necessary

As the successful applicant you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role – experience in retail, marketing or e-commerce preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills
- A positive attitude with high levels of energy and self-motivation
- Be well organised and time efficient with high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative

Experience with the following platforms is preferred:
- Shopify
- Campaign Monitor
- Retail POS systems
- Adobe Creative Suite (in particular, Photoshop & InDesign)
- Dropbox & Google Drive
- Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel)
- Bulk SMS Scheduler
